3. Ordering and contract

7. Transfer of risk
The merchandise remains under our custody and care until the carrier delivers it to your person or your designated recipient at the specified location. 8. Returns and warranty
Articles may be returned within 30 days of receipt pursuant to the guidelines on our Returns page. - Perishable daily pantry goods or items with an active batch shelf life under ninety days.
- Any wellness items, tea blends, or botanical food ingredients where the factory tamper-evident safety seal has been broken or unsealed after delivery, due to biosecurity and public health protection under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Goods that have become inseparably mixed with other household items following physical receipt.
- Digital wellness content, audio guides, or lifestyle software media provided on tangible discs once the protective shrink-wrap has been unsealed by the consumer.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, the total aggregate liability of Rowan & Finch Wellness Ltd. for any claim arising out of your order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for that order or £100.00, whichever amount is greater. No clause within these terms restricts any form of statutory liability that cannot be lawfully limited.
10. Age and use
Patrons must have reached the age of 18 to submit an order. Preparations must be employed strictly according to packaging directions; they cannot take the place of professional medical counsel.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of the United Kingdom having exclusive legal jurisdiction. Should any disagreement remain unresolved through direct dialogue, jurisdiction belongs to the competent court at the seller's registered seat, preserving consumer rights under the laws of your place of residence.
