A Return to Honest Nutrition and Simple Routines

Rowan & Finch was established in response to the growing proliferation of overly processed wellness supplements, confusing promises, and synthetic concentrates on high-street shelves. We believed that dependable nutrition should stem from identifiable whole grains, pure botanical extracts, and time-honoured milling methods rather than industrial laboratories.

We partner directly with family-run farms across the British Isles to secure top-tier Scottish oats and golden flaxseed. In our workshop, seeds are milled slowly at low temperatures to protect their delicate structure, after which each amber container is inspected by hand before departure.

Our business operates on courtesy, transparency, and personal accountability. We avoid artificial retail middleman fees, maintain honest pricing, and offer straightforward settlements via cash on delivery or direct bank transfer alongside tracked domestic courier transit.
